PLUMBING ORDINANCES AND MULTI-UNIT ORDINANCES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED
ALL Residential and Commercial Properties are required to report plumbing changes to the Water Office. Permits are also required for these changes to take place, and must be submitted to the Water Office for review.

Provide and install all electrical equipment including, but not limited to, Control, SCADA & Network Panels, communications equipment, Variable Frequency Drive, Automatic Transfer Switch, Instrumentation and control devices, conduit, wire, and all ancillary devices as shown on construction drawings, Complete in Place.
Demolish and remove existing electrical equipment and conductors as shown on plans.
Allowance for system programming and SCADA applications development and implementation per Section 13325 – System Programming

Project Scope of Work:
The Project, Bandera Lift Station Replacement, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Demolition of the existing lift station site and construction of a proposed sixteen-foot (16') diameter submersible lift station including but not limited to a wet well, three (3) submersible pumps with accessories, associated piping, valves, header and force main; manhole; influent sanitary sewer line; a potable water line with backflow preventer; concrete pavement; Natural Gas Powered Emergency Generator, automatic transfer switch, electrical duct banks, conduit, wiring, starters, breakers, control panel; site grading; fence, dewatering, trench safety, and all other items as necessary for a complete functioning lift station.

Project Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes and is not limited to well header coating, booster pump modifications, driveway and sidewalk extensions, miscellaneous electrical improvements, EST piping replacement, and paving of EST floor.
